LIT SUPER 7S SERIES – THE ONLY UK 7S SERIES!
5 TOURNAMENTS (MAY – JULY) – MEN’S & WOMEN’S 7S – ELITE, OPEN & SOCIAL COMPETITIONS
Teams can enter ONE tournament or all FIVE! The more you enter, the more points you will receive toward the Series (both for participating and winning). Winners will be announced after tournament 4 and presented with £500 prize money and win the title of “The Best [Open/Social] 7s in the UK”! 19TH JULY 2025– MEN’S & WOMEN’S 7S – ELITE, OPEN & SOCIAL COMPETITIONS
The 13th annual LIT7s is the hottest sevens tournament in the UK featuring 70+ amateur and elite teams from all over the world. Held at WASPS Rugby Club in West London & features an all-day bar, party with live music, DJ, cheerleaders, food & much more

Public transport
We recommend teams to be environmentally-friendly and where possible travel to the festival using public transport. However, please check that no train strikes will affect your travel on the day
The nearest train station to the festival is Acton Central. The nearest underground stations to the festival are Ealing Common or Acton Town. There are several buses that run by the grounds, so you can walk from the station or choose to catch one of these.
Timings
Final schedule and timings will be released next week, but we can confirm that the first matches will kick-off at 9:30 AM.
Parking
Parking is available but limited and must be purchased in advance. Cost is £10 per car and we have very limited spaces, so please carpool and buy your ticket ASAP if you require a space so you don’t miss out. Tickets can be purchased here.
